How confident are you at considering different options and then actually making a choice?
Are you scared? Do you stay stuck in indecision?
If you want to work for yourself you need to get comfortable with making your own decisions and standing by them, regardless of the outcome.
Sometimes what you decided to do may not have been the right choice but regardless of the result, actually making a decision shows true progress and confidence.
