I bet it's been better than mine!
I've been poorly, self pitying and miserable but I've pulled myself out of that now and in this episode I share with you that having times like that is normal when you are on the wiggly line to your dreams.
It's OK to have down times, times when you don't feel in the right energy, times when you want to hide away - what's important is that you get back up again!
